Cord came within a few days and very fast. Unfortunately the new cord didn’t work. I contacted Eland from customer support and you could tell he wanted to make it right. I was given two options and ended up going for the BT320 replacement option. I received my new printed a few days ago am loving it. The option to be able to print from my phone or in a different room is amazing. The print quality is great. Easy install for iOS. Highly recommend following the instructions for windows instead of trying to figure it out. Other than that, highly recommend.

Tanisha: I am a small business owner. I sell on Amazon & frequently need to print labels. Based off the affordable price & the reviews I made the purchase. The printer quality is great, slim & provides a professional look. The speed of the printer is great & can be adjusted based off your own preference. The set up was simple & I use a MAC. I am able to connect to other shipping platforms. I wish it was Bluetooth but overall, it's great for a start-up business.

The Real Brandy G: This is my first thermal printer and I've had it for almost 9 months. Up until today I've pretty much loved everything about it. The print quality was ok for the cost of the machine so no complaints there. Today I found out just how difficult it is to get a 2" round sticker out of the roller. I literally almost threw it out and bought a new one. To say it's aggravating is a complete understatement. Searching the net for info resulted in pretty much nothing. There is nothing on the LabelRang website to show or explain the process so I just had to wing it. After about 15 minutes and multiple four letter words I finally had it back in service. The fact that it beeps continuously until labels are inserted is really annoying and anxiety inducing so turn off the power until you are ready. If it happens again I'll probably upgrade to a different brand but only after researching whether or not it's easy to remove the roller.

SusanSusan: The media could not be loaded. I sell online and send out orders almost every day. Before, I used to use my ink printer, cut out each label, and tediously put tape over each label. It was such a difficult and unnecessary process. Even though I was skeptical investing into a label maker, I finally conceded. I did my research of the different label makers, but I finally chose this one, and there's no need to try any others. This was one of the best decisions I ever made to my business because using the LabelRange LP320 printer is quick, easy, and simple to use!
I literally just read the manual, plugged it in, installed the driver onto my laptop, inserted the labels, and printed! It was that simple. I save about 15 minutes a day with the amount of orders I have, and that adds up to more than an hour each week. Not only that, but the product is one of the cheapest thermal label printers on the market, which my wallet appreciates!
One of my favorite features of the labelrange is that it does NOT use ink. It's thermal, you'll never have to buy ink again to print labels. Also, it can continuously print one label after the other very quickly, which helps when I'm...

ShannonShannon: Bluetooth connectivity in this little label printer is exactly what I had wished for with my last model. I've used the BT320 for years without issue. It's been a workhorse. But my desk is so small, and having to keep it connected directly to my computer has been awkward. Problem solved! The new printer paired seamlessly to the app, and the labels print just as crisp and clear. The labels shoot right out of the printer immediately and I can stick them on the packages and I'm done. No worrying about ink bleeding or taping labels onto packages. I just love this printer.
