Keith MaltbyKeith Maltby: This unit worked great for the first year. We run it in our basement during the summer to keep it dry down there. It's a modern basement that naturally isn't too damp so this unit barely had to run.
The last month or 2 I noticed it running all the time and not cycling as it used to. We bought a new house with a more damp basement and that's when I noticed it just doesn't work at all. Filter has been kept clean and it never iced up or anything. The fan and compressor are running but that's it.
For the price I paid I expected at least a few more years, especially on light duty. I would recommend keeping away from this one.

A: I’ve had this a little over two years. It runs almost continually between late March and October. Right at the two year mark, the digital display that shows humidity level in the room started to lose certain bars, so it’s difficult to determine some numbers. However, the display on top of the unit still works fine. This dehumidifier works well, but one frustrating thing is that after it has been off for a while, you have to hold the power button (which isn’t a button, just a contact pad) down for at least 20 seconds to make it start and continue running. Overall, it performs well and is quieter than older models (not same brand) of this size.

Ontario: Purchased the dehumidifier less than 18 months ago. It no longer works! I only used it during the humid months in southern Ontario (Fall and early Spring). I've been unable to locate a customer service contact number for this company......even though it's advertised the company provides support.
Waste of money!

Aimee-eve dar: I bought this in October 2021 and it did great in the beginning to pull the moisture out of the air. Suddenly in Fall 2022, whenever we turned it on, it stopped extracting the moisture from the air. That was $399 for only 1 year of use. Impressed initially, but not anymore.

Joe: Really important is that the machine automatically shuts off when full, which this does. The design is good. easy to empty manually, comes with something to drain automatically if you can but I didn't set that up.

David H Madara: When I bought my house, the previous owners never ran a dehumidifier in the basement which led to some deterioration in the structure. The first purchase I made for the house was actually this dehumidifier. Being a first time home owner I was nervous it would be complicated to set up however it was as easy as opening the box plugging it in and it was ready to go! Having the option to have the water drain or fill the tank was also a huge benefit and I am overall extremely satisfied and pleased with the product and company. Look no further for your next humidifier.

Melissa Kraus: Easy to setup! Runs quietly and works great! But the company does stand behind their promise. The manual states to submit a review for a $30 refund. The email provided is not valid. Also I paid $199.99 on 9/6 and now the unit is on sale for $189.99 and an additional $10 off at checkout.
