RLW: I've run the gamut with different items to assist with menopause relief. I was about to give up when I stumbled upon these Nature's Care supplements. I wanted something with herbal ingredients that wouldn't conflict with other medications I take, and this fit the bill.

I'm not going to sit here and say they have completely gotten rid of my hot flashes, but they have helped in making them less frequent and they don't last near as long. I can definitely feel the difference if I forget to take them for a few days. I also rarely get night sweats since taking them. I am a true believer in these and have already recommended them to a few friends.

The pills are in a clear capsule and it just looks like powder inside them. There's very little taste, it is slightly herbal and the flavour fades quickly. I have had no negative reactions to them. I started taking them a little over a month ago and the relief hit me within a few days. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is going through menopause side effects.

Sleepless: I was so excited to get this. It had been sitting in my cart and my husband just went ahead and bought it. I got them in the afternoon then remembered at night that I hadn’t taken them, yet. So I went ahead and took them before bed, and didn’t have as many night sweats. (I know, take with a meal. I missed that) It could have just been a fluke because I didn’t think it would work that quickly.

Then, since I took the first dose at night, I decided to always take them at night. The second night I didn’t have any night sweats and slept pretty well. This is awesome. Even during the day, I’ve noticed a decrease in hot flashes.

Last night was the third night. I took them again and slept for maybe 45 min. Then I was wide awake. I totally forgot about the energy part. Well that finally kicked in. Now I’ve been up. All night. Reorganizing and cleaning my house, trying to use up all this energy.

Mama Cherry: So I stumbled upon this product in my search for natural relief for hot flashes. I read reviews and gave it a try. The pills are slightly bigger than I like and if I don't take them with food I can taste them in burps, which is not a pleasant flavor. After about 5 weeks of taking these pills twice a day, I noticed a difference, my hot flashes were cut in half. Understand I was having about 20 plus hot flashes a day, it was miserable. After being on the pills for 6 plus months I cut my hot flashes down to maybe 2 a day. As a year of taking them approached, I began to get more hot flashes again, like the pills were not working. So I went completely off them for a month and a half, struggled with many hot flashes again, then started the menopause support pills back up taking two pills a day. After 4 weeks, minimal hot flashes, yay!!! This stuff is amazing and so reasonably priced. So happy this company cares about women. Thank you Nature's craft. I would like to add that once the pills started to work, not only did it eliminate the number of hot flashes but it also lessened the severity of a hot flash.
