This stuff is incredible, but it's pretty powerful too. I only need 1/2 a dose and I add a touch of lotion to it when I apply it. I'm in perimenopause, so I might need more as time passes. Be sure to use with progesterone at night because of potential health issues. This product is literally life changing!

Cream was gentle on my sensitive skin, no rashes or side effects. Most noticeable improvement was in libido enhancement, which I didn’t even know was low till things were zinging again. I noticed improvement in nighttime sweats, more than day hot flashes. That being said I’m doing better about managing symptoms: keeping ice water by me all day, purchasing a tiny fan to use for hot flashes & taking magnesium in the evenings for a more restful sleep. I stopped using it for a bit to see if I was just in my head & my hot flashes worsened. I’m back on track now. It didn’t go away 100% but it’s better than before!

I've only used it for a week so far, but it seems to be working great. It absorbs very quickly, not sticky, non staining, no scent. My mood seems a bit more upbeat, considering I've only used it a week I take that as a positive sign and hope with continued use my mood swings become less and less! I've tried one other brand for a few months and had zero improvement so that's why I tried this one. And the ingredients seem to be much more natural as well! My ONLY complaint this far is it does take a few pumps to get the cream to come out consistently when it's a brand new bottle. So those first few days it probably wasn't the correct dosage, but that does get more consistent once you get past first few pumps. I'd definitely buy this again.
*Update-Ive used it long enough to make it through my cycle and it truly makes a difference. My mood swings are more stable.
