Aung K.: The strings are very thin and it is rolled up in a way that it is not so easy to untangle. It's just plastic and feels like if the plant is too heavy, it would cut itself on this.

Love My Dog Abner: First off, the package says - does not tangle. It came as a tangled mess. This resulted in me taking a long time just to untangle it.
Secondly: The holes are huge. The only birds this would stop are hawks or eagles.
I gave it three stars because I use it as a trellis for my crawling vines. Works great for that.
Wont keep Robins out of your strawberry patch.
Use it as a trellis not as a bird net

T AND J MISCELLANIES: Well if you buy this product make sure you have at least one more person to help because this netting is all rolled up and tangles easy but once you get your length cut then have to spread it out this is where you will need help or do like I did and hook each corner to the of my truck while I untangled it but it appears it’s going to work it’s plastic I’m only using it for my giant seeet pea flowers to climb up trellis other then the tangling it’s pretty easy to install came quickly and you should have plenty these are not small inch or two inch squares they are 5 to six inch squares will give more updates as time goes

Jeff Donnelly: Product is extremely difficult to use. It takes six hands to unravel it, straighten it out and try to tie it to stakes. Product is also inconsistent in dimensions across it's breadth.

John Pierce: It's nylon and comes rolled up. Unrolling it demands a little patience, but there is a "trick" that maked it easier. The rolled up trellis looks like a total jumble at first. You need to find the top (or bottom) strand first of all. Unroll it slowly so you know where that top (or bottom) strand is and can pull the nylon strand (along with the neighbors) away from the roll little by little. It will tend to stick together but this is mostly because there the cut ends that catch as you unroll.

I recommend using hooks at the top end and a weight at the bottom end of the beginning strands and pull it gently into place. We had hooks pre-positioned, about a foot or 2 apart, under the eaves and a 2.5 lb. weight at the bottom. We just gently unrolled the trellis till we had as much as we wanted for the space, anchored the top and bottom, and cut off that section to be the start of a new section.

We needed two trellis strips so we tied the top strand of the new section to be added to the bottom of the previous one (one tie every foot or so seemed plenty), just using jute string to make it simple. The second section, just below the first, went up like...

Kristie Williams: This product is super cheep, comes all tangled and does not work well in the garden especially when it comes to supporting snap peas. Don't waist your time or money, purchase quality netting that is reusable.

Nicole Nicole : This has been in my garden for about three months now with one end stapled to a vertical 2x4 (see cons below for details on stapling), and the other zip tied to a metal stake and wire fencing.

PROS: Three months in, and it is supporting the weight of my growing cucumber plants. It is holding up well looks similar to original condition.

I appreciate the space saving effect I get from the netting compared to the tomato cages I’ve used in the past. The rows also help my garden feel more accessible and organized.

CONS: This netting tangled easily and was difficult to separate once enmeshed. (I likely contributed to the problem by cutting the original single piece of netting into several separate sections, giving myself more ends to keep track of…) This resulted in a lot of wasted material that I had to cut and throw away.

It was difficult to consistently make the netting taught and even. I put this up alone, and you could probably minimize a lot of these problems by having a helper.

When stapling the netting to a wooden post using a staple gun, the netting almost always snapped and broke when I attempted to place the staple too...

AdrenAdren: Easy to use. Make sure you have some good scissors to cut it where needed. I bought to help me grow cucumbers and it holds up the cucumber nicely and allows it to spread/climb easily , I’ll for sure will buy this again next season should I need more .. I have attached a picture of my cucumbers you can see the green net thru it (of course i installed it when the vines were little babies and 1feet tall.. now the vines have totally taken over the green mesh

jLoujLou: Really, really needed trellis / netting for gardening area. I THOUGHT this product would actually be easier to use [in spite of what a few others had said . . . .]. I reasoned: "HOW hard can it possibly be to unroll some simple netting?" My apologies to others for not believing their evaluation. I was very, very careful opening the packaged netting. However, there was no way to find a beginning with this netting: it was a mess from the get-go. I spent the better part of 20-30 minutes unfurling about 6-8 feet to use for tomato trellising. It was all I could do to make that amount of trellis useable. My next effort was to unfurl about 16-20 feet in length. Nightmare is the only acceptable word that comes to mind for my experience. The attached picture is the remaining trellis on the way to the trash. I had to cut the trellis at least 2 additional times to find enough useable length to enclose a small raised bed. It took me more than an hour to use this 2nd batch of netting. I don't know what the mfg's method is for prepping this product for delivery when it comes off the assembly line - but whatever it is, it is NOT working!!! I have -0-...
