Someone who cares: Nice solid metal construction with a lot of options including a flood function. However it lacks a basic feature that pretty much all handheld sprayers have which is the ability to flip the metal clasp to lock the sprayer in the on mode. This sprayer has the little metal clasp but flipping it doesn't block the handle from retracting back to the off position making the metal clasp utterly useless. When not running with a decent amount of water pressure you will get a slow but steady leak where it connects to your hose (perhaps this is why it comes with a quick connect adapter for people who have quick connect hoses.) Really though it does everything you would want it to do as long as you do not leave your faucet on (or want your sprayer to stay in the on mode without constantly squeezing it.) A solid 4 stars.

Lynda K.: First and MOST IMPORTANT the nozzle is heavy duty easy to hold and well worth price! But the COMPANY IS GREAT! My nozzle was leaking at connection it looked warped/ crooked. I contacted Amazon since it has warranty who had me contact seller SunRich. They replied in one day, requested my address and overnight shipped me a replacement no pictures needed just good faith professiona!ism! I purchased fall of 2019 and notified them this week after unpacking hose from winter storage . THIS IS A COMPANY WHO STANDS BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS 100%
Big box stores charge a lot for a lessor quality item!

Andrew: The structure itself is pretty nice and solid feeling. The rivet holding the handle on could be bigger and attached to metal instead of plastic, but it's probably fine if you don't make a habit of dropping it. Also it clicks into place very softly so you'll have to really make sure you've located it correctly. I don't know why people are complaining about the pressure, mine shoots exactly as far as any other one I've used. Perhaps they don't have the flow control tightened up.

But the problem is the spray just plain sucks. You can actually see it on their picture of the shower and fan settings. The top of the head has more pressure than the bottom - like the water isn't coming into it from the center.

On shower several of the holes sorta aim at each other and merge into a thicker jet that shoots about 20% further. Cone is roughly the same way.

The flat, vertical, and angle heavily favor the edges (which is pretty normal in my experience) but vertical and angle have the same additional power on the top part.

Mist is completely pointless. If you use mist do not buy this product. It sort of mists, but mostly it shoots three separate low power jets. They...

NDuke: My review may be unfair because I am rating for sturdiness and durability when I can only guess given that I have had this a very short time. I like that this is metal. It has a great "heft" to it when used. The part of it that I am unsure of is the squeeze handle. It seems to be a lighter alloy material that may be pretty easy to break off, and this is the most critical part of the unit for use. So far I'm happy with this hose nozzle, but I'm rating based on anticipation. I would feel better about it if the squeeze handle was a thinner steel. Also, something I need to add... the little lever for the handle that keeps the water going without constant squeezing is too short to work. It doesn't "catch" and is pretty pointless. Ah well. But still better than a sprayer with more plastic.
