scuba diva: I ordered the large collar and leash combo. Got it today- only the leash no collar. My Lab outgrew the medium I had ordered when he was a puppy. I do like the product. Just would like the rest of the order! I’ll be happy to give 5 stars when I receive the collar.

Lavender: The last one of these I had was super durable and is great for dogs who are in and out of water. This one is turning out to be even better because of the reflective strip. I also love the center ring to attach the leash. I like this brand, I love the product, but the pricing seems random and capricious, and that could hurt my loyalty long term.

MelmacMelmac: Well made. We live lakefront and our boy is always wet. This collar doesn't stink or absorb water, looks nice and the extra ring is great to clip a lead to. Keep in mind the buckle is very big and heavy, it's a wee bit big for our dog but we remove it when he's in the house. (he's 35lb) he wears a medium.

a reader: Our dog gets out on occasion at night, and wanders the neighborhood.
The collar is highly reflective from the sides (looking directly at dog's side).
It's not reflective much from the front (dog coming directly towards you), but any collar would be like that.

I put a highly reflective dog-tag on the collar, for visibility from the front.

If our dog is chained-up or on a leash, he can pull out of this collar if he wants to.
I use an additional collar then (choker collar).

Our dog is a 5 y/o mountain cur (tan, hunting dog), 50 lbs.

The collar's appearance is not so good, but better safe than run over by a car.

Amazon Customer: It is sturdy. The ring in the collar allows for extra neck movement and to allow a muzzle to be tied back to it. It's very durable and water proof. It's well constructed and has held up well to -30 Celsius and snow with no problems. The reflective is holding up as far. Trimming the collar to size was fairly easy to accomplish

GungnirOdinSpearGungnirOdinSpear: This collar is great!! As long as you have realistic standards. To start off, my American Pitbull Terrier named Appa has had this collar since he was about 4 or 5 months old. (I got it in a medium.) It was very big on him at first, but I didn’t snip it cause I expected him to grow into it. As a result of my own stupidity, he chewed the end of it which is why you see the collar all scratched up. (However the collar itself remained completely intact after he chewed. Only scratches!! A+!!) Now my boy is a full 9 months old, and he has grown out of it completely. Not one of the holes are left. And I’ve decided to buy this collar again. (This time a size large in green.) It’s durable. It seems comfortable. It’s not bulky or heavy. Its waterproof!! And the buckle stays in place. The material is great too!! Looks like a win win win!! Only down sides I can think of is the reflective part. If it gets too dirty it dulls and isn’t as reflective. There’s no Stretch to the material either.
