Pashy: I searched high and low for a perfect AC and this one is great. I thought I needed a 18,000 BTU, but this 15,000 BTU and it cools off the house great. I have a big house and it cools off my living room with my kitchen which is connected and it still cools off the bathroom also. The controls are easy on the AC. When the guy installed it, he had to install the outer part first then slide the AC in the cage. I love this AC and I would buy again .It's quiet to me. I have high ceiling and this unit is just fine. Sometimes I turn it because I'm cold. Well worth the money. The packing of the AC was perfect, nothing was damage or destroyed and this AC is heavy and big. You won't be disappointed.

Unfortunately, this support bracket does not work for my house window where the outliner is about 4 inch out and 5 inch down so the support leg is way too short to reach the wall below. I have to let the leg stand on the false wall window outliner, which is just stucco on top of foamy material. On top of that the bolt threads stripped as I was trying to tighten the support leg, and thus I cannot tighten the support leg. I ended up using wire to hold the leg from free falling down. By far, his is the worst purchase I ever made.
