N. Myers: I bought this lock to replace an old cable bike lock and it is exactly what I was looking for. I feel the chain is much stronger than the cable and will last longer. The old plastic bike locks have the problem of the plastic around the cable dry rots and cracks then the cable rusts and eventually breaks. The lock was easy to set and easy to use. Would definitely buy again.

Tien Brunelle: I think this is very easy to use. I have a tiny bicycle but this fits fine in front of my seat. It's easy to lock and unlock. I'm horrible at coiling it but otherwise, it's a great product. Inexpensive. I'm sure you can cut it with bolt cutters but I just need it to be a deterrent while I'm away for an hour.

Michael Scott Tate: I was skeptical at first but the way the integrated bracket works is completely awesome and I highly recommend this to any mountain bike owner or any bike owner for that matter. So easy to use yet is heavy to instill the feeling of complete Security it is way better than even some that I priced at three times the money keep it up guys I've been a Amazon yearly crime subscriber now for at least 5 years probably more I don't write enough reviews but this one just had to be told and so far I have recommended it to all bike owners that I know that don't have a security measure, I do appreciate you're very competitive prices please keep it up! We need deals like this as consumers and you can't be beat so far!
