gabriela Dgabriela D: The product works good,but the packaging of the actual product looked like it was used before,or atleast opened. The heat pad was damaged,that was the first thing i saw. Then i removed the device and saw that the plastic in the case was broken. So made me think that i was sent a returned product.
I would atleast like a replacement heat pad

Melissa Perry: This product works great. I started out with heat press mini and it’s a chore to use, but this heat press does great with very little effort and I don’t have the redundancy to keep pressing what’s already been pressed. Thank you for your great product!!!

fengfeng: The media could not be loaded. I tried it as soon as I received it. It’s very simple to use. It takes much less than with a standard iron and gives a more secure transfer finish. Rapid heat up. It makes life much easier.
