N. Good: I have been buying these for years for my family but over the past year, they have not been in stock in my grocery store. So, I finally ordered these from Amazon. I have since thrown away the bag because I store everything in containers in my pantry so I don't know what the expiration date was but I just bought them in the past 2 weeks. In any case, these taste terrible. They are also not the same color they used to be. They are brown instead of white. They have always tasted great but these are not worth buying or eating.

Patricia: I like the texture of these noodles when cooked. I use them in chicken and veggie dishes and they are the perfect compliment. I'm getting ready to reorder them because they are the best tasting noodles I've had for a very long time. Can't get locally so I'm grateful to get them online.
