If you're looking for a reliable and efficient pool cleaner, then the Hayward 925ADV Navigator Pro Suction Pool Vacuum is the perfect choice. This automatic pool cleaner is designed for superior suction power and is incredibly easy to use. Plus, the Hayward Store offers excellent customer support. Get the best suction pool cleaner on the market today!Elizabeth F.: I purchased this overpriced product because of glowing reviews from coworkers and the reviews on this page. This product is perfect if your pool is in the middle of a desolate field where there is no opportunity for even a single acorn or leaf sink to the bottom of your pool. Despite the suction being on max, an acorn or small leaf jams the mechanism stopping the vacuum in its tracks. I think I’ve spent more time this summer pulling acorns and leaves out of this thing then it cleaned my pool. I would have been better off paying the neighborhood kids to come once a week to clean my pool than paying for this over priced useless piece of plastic. I deeply regret buying this product and further regret missing the return window on this product. Please don’t waste your money like I have. You would be better off purchasing a cheap $20 pool vacuum and use the rest of your money on a nice meal out. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT IF YOU HAVE TREES NEAR YOUR POOL.

asif noor: Totally useless product - do yourself a favor and don’t buy this junk. I was so excited when I received the products and thought it would clean the pool well based on the review but much to my surprise after 6-7 times use - I hate to say that it just covers a very small area and continue to go in circles. Even after manual interventions it doesn’t do a good job at cleaning the pool. It’s better to vacuum the pool manually in 20 mins than to let this junk float in there for the whole day and find only 1/4th of pool getting cleaned. Total waste of money.

kristine bouchard: our first navigator pro lasted 13 or so years. there are many really expensive pool cleaners on the marker but this is a little gem and the price is perfect. it cleans our 16X32 pool very well. it plugs into the port on our pool wall and away it goes. love it.

B. Clark: I went through several cleaners for my in ground vinyl liner pool. The fine dust where I live gets in the pool and settles at the bottom and the other suction cleaners never seemed to work or got stock on the main drains. This little guy worked perfect the first time I used him. It doesn't go up the sides of my pool like I wanted but it is really the bottom that is my biggest issue. It runs fast and picks up all the stuff it passes by. I did have one incident where it stopped working and I thought, "oh great, another one doesn't work". It turned out a small rock got into the pool and it sucked it up. Once inside the rock would jam the propeller inside of it and it would just stop moving. Once I got the rock out (pretty simple after you unscrew the bottom plate) it worked just like new again. Word to the wise, this thing shouldn't make any rattling sound if you shake it. Some products do so I didn't realize the rock was in there initially. If you have an issue and when you shake it you hear a rattle, then you need to remove the bottom plate and make sure there isn't something in there blocking the mechanism. It is still working great though I've only had it a couple of months now.

Debstar: I’ve only had this for a few weeks but it works like a charm. Cleans my 16 X 32 kidney shaped vinyl pool in about 4 hours. Doesn’t climb the sides so I brush them down before I throw the vacuum in. I only have one skimmer, so don’t leave it in all the time. Very happy that this frees up some scarce summer time and does a great job.

Amazon Customer: This is the second navigator I have bought, the first one lasted 25 years only replacing the wings, so rather than buying the rebuilt kit plus hoses and fittings I bought a new one. It does a decent job on the pool but dosen't remove heavy algae.

mssusana: I tried to avoid replacing my old Hayward Navigator by buying another crazy pool vac on Amazon. I HATED it!!! It was horrible and cheap....made of "toy" plastic.....easy to put together, but easy to break apart too. So.....I wanted to return it. The guy charged me a FIFTEEN PERCENT RESTOCKING FEE AND I HAD TO PAY RETURN SHIPPING!!! This restocking fee really irritates me and I complained to Amazon. Not sure how this will shake out. I buy tons of stuff on Amazon....return maybe 1% for some reason or another, which has always been easy. But this transaction has been a nightmare. The guy has not acknowledged receiving it back, and I haven't received my credit for the return......
Anyway, I had this Hayward Navigator chugging around my pool for eight or nine years........WHY didn't I just replace it with the same tried and true appliance? Because I had an idea I could get a cheaper solution. WELL, FORGET IT!!
Plus, this little guy just popped into the pool using the same hose and began working immediately....no putting anything together.

John Stebbins: I bought this to replace an aging Barracuda G4 that would have cost about $150 in replacement parts. The G4 was just OK in the three years I had it running. But it needed way too much fiddling to get it to operate only well enough. I bought the Hayward Navigator Pro on others' recommendations here and also because with the Hayward $100 rebate, it would cost slightly more than it would to fix the G4. The Hayward was easy to set up and it went right to work. It cleaned up clumps of leaves that the G4 either missed or couldn't handle. The pool has never looked cleaner. I ran it for 3 days to make sure it was in good operating condition. I expect to run it 2 days on and 3 days off, unless wind deposits a lot of leaves. A word of caution: this will not climb the walls of the pool. I will brush the sides every week or two. I have a large, "L" shaped pool with a steep incline from the deep to shallow end. It handles that with no problem. The G4 would always get stuck on the bottom drains and in the shallow end corners--the Hayward doesn't. It is truly amazing and I highly recommend it. I also bought the large Hayward leaf catcher that attaches to the hose--that too is a winner! Let's...

Chet Patel: Worked like a charm. Easy to assemble. Gets stuck once in a while but easy to dislodge debris if it does. Pricey but they all are I guess.
