J MiltonJ Milton: The positive: the turquoise towel is a very pretty hue and stays colour-fast. It both absorbs moisture and dries quickly, as all Turkish towels should. It stays remarkably wrinkle-free, unlike some other brands I've tried. The negative: the towel started developing pills (small knots of broken fibres) after a few months. Previously the towel was smooth to the touch; now it feels a bit rough. It still functions fine as a towel, but comfort is important too! There are other Turkish towels I've tried that don't pill; I'll stick to those brands in future.

Rob: I got these for a family vacation to Jamaica. These were great for drying off. We used them also as seat savers for lounge chairs at the resort. They did not collect sand when we sat on them at the beach. They worked out great since they were so thin. We carried about 5 at a time, which with 5 regular sized beach towels would have taken up a lot of room. I think these 5 total would be compared to about 2 regular sized beach towels. They also worked great as a light cover if you need to get your skin out of the sun but can not find shade. These check off all the requirements I needed. Thin, Light Weight, Dries quickly, Absorbs the water not just moved it around, soft and looked pretty.

Cons: not absorbent, not teal as described and shown in picture. More of a medium denim blue color.
Bought this to be a bath towel, but it was not absorbant and took forever to dry my skin and hair. I'll go back to using my thick, fluffy, cozy bath towels, but I'll definitely keep this beautiful Turkish cotton towel for other things. It'll be useful as a light blanket or wrap. After washing and drying, still looks brand new.

Amy Jackson: I bought this because I love the light-weight bath sheets vs the thick, fluffy ones but.....it's very rough and has very little absorbency, even for a bath sheet. And it has a weird smell. I've washed it quite a few times now and still, it's a little on the stinky side. Wouldn't buy this again

Heather Chappell: These are awesome towels, they are very surprisingly absorbant ..but like the others have mentioned, if you have long hair don't expect them to absorb it all as well either. They are much more pretty to look at than regular towels honestly..I'll definitely be buying more and recommending these to others!
