Granny Annie: Have since found PRE-RINCED tri-color much cheaper, but the flavor is fantastic. You just loose so much of it rinsing as recommened, even in my smallest strainer. I would say use cheescloth if you don't want to loose so much of it?

Ester F: ‘This quinoa has a really nice texture and earthy taste plus it looks nice on the plate. I cooked mine in a rice cooker just like I was cooking rice it cooks up really nice. Don’t forget to rinse the quinoa before cooking or you’ll get a lot of foam and the quinoa becomes like mush. I think it’s kinda pricey but worth it.
