Sarah: I regularly buy this product, and I provide them for better use, they always come incomplete, 10-20 fewer sheets, once up to 100 fewer sheets came to me.
The gelatin is good, however you leave it an extra 30 seconds in the water (yes, cold) and it completely disappears.
Unfortunately I have not found something similar in price and with a high degree of bloom, that's why I keep buying it.

Saai: My concern was if product is smelly or not. This product does not smell anything funny at all. When I use this, first I leave gelatin sheet in plenty of water for 20 min, then I melt softened gelatin sheet into the stuff around 120 - 140 F (50 - 60 C), or microwave 10-11 second at 500W then put it into what I want to blend with. With these method, this gives perfect result so far. I don't smell anything funny, just perfect.
