Cynthia: Read the reviews and decided to order. There was a mix-up about the delivery, it had gotten lost and then I had to reorder. That was frustrating as the pricing had changed; Amazon said after I order it again they would adjust price, but they never did. The clipper. My dog is about 20-25 pounds. Terrier mix. My daughter paid someone to clip her, and it cost around $75. I didn't want to pay that for clipping. I had never used clippers before, so I watched some utube videos. She was a bit shy of the noise, not that it's loud, but it's a buzzing sound. I was gentle with her, and I only used them one time so far, but the clippers went through like butter. It went very well, took a longer time, they are narrow, but that way there is more control, and it's easy to get around her face, paws and ears. Later when I showed her off, people asked where I took her to get clipped! She looked that good. Yes, I would certainly recommend these clippers, and would buy again. Kindle Customer: This is the second time I used the clippers. I have a large breed dog that I cut close in spring for she sheds like a maniac and is really uncomfortable when it begins to warm up. Second time as easy as the ffirst goes through like butter. Just be very careful in shave mode it shaves really close and you can hurt your fur baby. Hold skin taut going over areas like elbows and tummy, around neck. I usually use the shortest attachment which will bog it down a little but if you fur bsby is been washed and brushed out no worries.

David Goyette: These clippers are great! This is the set of clippers I have purchased for my Golden Retriever and they are the BEST of the three! The other two sets I have had by other makers would get bogged down in her long fur and would not get through any mats, I kept having to stop and pull hair out of the blade and start again.
Not so with this set, cuts through the hair smoothly without stopping and even gets through the small matted parts with ease! These are also the least expensive of the ones that I have purchased which makes them even BETTER!!!
Not only that but replacement blades are easily available here on Amazon!
Trust me, if you have been having a tough time grooming your furry friend, buy this and you will not regret it! Very happy customer here!

Abby Peters: I contacted the seller and they said they would refund. I sent back the product and never received a refund. I was noisy and my dog's fur was not long or knotted, however , it would not cut the fur.

matt vance: I have a white goldendoodle and it’s been a few months since his cut. I’m sick of paying 130-150 for a cut. Read the reviews and decided to pay a little extra and get a little better clipper. They came today and I cut him today. He weighs 65 pounds and it took a good 3 hours to cut. The clippers lasted just that long right out of the box. The clippers are okay. I know his hair is think and curly but it wasn’t cutting like butter as some say. It took some effort. The attachments aren’t the best in my opinion. They are pointy and can catch his skin and really don’t need to be so pointy. Also, his hair would get caught in the side of the attachment where there isn’t the clipper and would snag often. I also think the way they attach to the clipper is cheap but we’ll see how they last. It worked but it took a long time. I’m going to keep them and cut him now more often and I’d think I could cut off an hour of time at least. Guess we’ll see. I’d probably look for something a little more heavy duty if I had to do it over.

Jackie Ford: We have a newfoundland dog who was matted around his legs and belly. These clippers worked fantastic. Glided right through the fur quick and easy. No stress on the dog, he just lied there and went to sleep. We previously had another high priced professional clippers that we paid over 400 dollars for that didn't work at all. Highly recommend these clippers. Also I saw a review that someone posted, that they got changed an extra 60 dollars shipping to Canada I did not get charged any shipping fees and I live in Newfoundland Canada

Amazon_customer: It works much better that a cordless model we had originally purchased. It glides smoothly once we get the dog's coat to medium length. The combs get filled quickly and does not perform well when the coat is longer and thicker. It does not glide through like butter like a professional unit. we did get the job done. It was impossible when we tried with a rechargeable battery unit. Its a mid range performance that suits us well for the minimum use we make of it. Someone with a short hair dog will be in heaven.
