B & J: I love the size and that it has 2 sections that can be opened or closed. The temperature set is also helpful. I do wish it had a handle for moving it, and I would like it to have a catch so that It would stay closed when I put it away. I would like to be able to stand it vertically. It is non-stick, but not safe for metal tools. It claims to be dishwasher safe. I have had it in the dishwasher once. So far so good. Over all, I like it and think I will get much use from it.

PaullusiveMan: I don't like that there is no power button or off switch, there is only the power cord that you must not forget to unplug when you are done. I don't like the grilling insert, the ridges are too large and wide for proper grilling marks. The tilting feature is neat, I leave it that way all the time. The surface is larger than other brands. Storage is an issue due to its size. They show one can store it upright, but only if it is against something, otherwise it will just open up. Needs a latch to stay closed in that position.

Heather L.: I bought this as a Used/Very Good item for half the price. Well, it wasn't used, ever. It looked as if the original box was damaged and they just pulled the contents and put it into a new box. Everything was perfect.

The first thing I made were pancakes (Sam's Club brand). After letting it warm up to the max temperature, I sprayed the surface with butter cooking spray and slapped eight 4" pancakes on the griddles. They cooked perfectly. Cleanup was easy. I wiped the plates down with a paper towel and gave them a quick wash in the sink. I think I have to add that I unplugged the unit and let it cool down first. You have to spell these things out sometimes.

The second thing I cooked were frozen hamburgers. Sam's Club 80/20 Angus. I put them in and closed the lid. They cooked a lot faster than on the stove, given that they were being cooked on both sides at once. I had to keep a close eye as not to overcook them and turn them into hockey pucks. They were done in less than 5 minutes at 400°F.

The third, grilled cheese. Now here's the thing, I learned that I have to cook grilled cheese like you do on the stove--one side at a time. Why? That lid is HEAVY. It...

Lorena D.: The only part of it That I didn’t like, was the wires in between the grill, makes it feel loose and unstable, but I guess that is just the way it’s build up!…. So far it’s a good efficient spare grill to take along while camping or in the house….Works good!… I hope it remains that way!… my husband likes it as well !!

Mark S.: Used it a few days ago to cook two steaks. Did a great job and was very easy to clean. Would recommend this unit as meat cooker or grill. Takes up less space than our previous indoor grill.
Update six months later: Wished it had a longer electrical cord. Another six inches would be better.

JeffnMDJeffnMD: I've had this grill about six months (being this is May 2020) and it has been really a centerpiece for cooking breakfast lunch and dinner. The curved grate that comes with it the grooves are rounded in far apart not close together per say as you would see on a regular grill. In that case I chose to use both as flat surfaces on the grill. I have really enjoyed this grill it's so easy to use and it's very versatile no smoke no splatter for things otherwise you would cook in a frying pan. Cleaning is so easy just pop it out and pop it back in
NOTE OF ISSUES - One thing I have noticed over the six months I've had it that the dripping tray for the grease after a few weeks mine got a little crack in it. I put some tape in there to cover it up which worked for a while but then I started realizing the heat/grease was causing it to melt and eventually the tray started splitting so I'm going to have to get another tray. Not saying this will be your case, but in my experience the grease tray was the only downfall. Now I don't know if in the beginning you line your tray with a little bit of foil to shield it from the grease and heat will help but just saying that was one of the issues I...
