As the title says, everything but peanut butter and any kind of small amounts. We went through 2 other brands before we ended with this one. It's a keeper. It's not small or fine enough to make pastes or to make peanut butter. Maybe if you were making a huge amount, then it could work. But the container to blade ratio is far too big for making a jar size amount of peanut butter. There would be too much stuck to the sides to be pureed. It's not a big machine, about the size of a blender and cleans up easy. My wife and I both love it. Good quality and we highly recommend it.
