I was excited to use these cups after trying out some of the cheaper options because these actually offered a seal or some way to keep the milk from pouring out whenever you bent over or went down a flight of stairs.
Pro
It actually does keep milk in the cup while you're doing other things.
Con #1
However, right off the bat I noticed that these offered no form of secrecy. As another reviewer stated, it's like having a giant tumor on your breast or a super sized nipple that's easily detectable underneath clothing, regardless of how many layers you have on. This is NOT the case with even the cheapest versions as they fit comfortably on the breast and blend in very well, regardless of whether you have larger breasts or not. I personally have 36DD and had no issues with the cheaper versions.
Con #2
Because of the flexibility of the round part of the device, if you were to carry your child or apply any form of pressure on your chest while milk is in the cup it causes extreme suctioning and milk to pour out of the cup.
Con #3
The nubs that's supposed to keep the cup in place actually cause a lot of friction on the breast,...

LSM: These are a must if you notice a lot of leakage overnight or even during the day and do not want to waste that milk. As other reviewers have pointed out, they are not discrete and so I mainly wear them at home (which, at the moment, is where we're all spending all of our time anyways...), but I find they are the best for catching and saving overnight milk with no leaks. I will sometimes get as much as 4 oz just from wearing these overnight which was just wasted before, so highly recommend! Also, I have had no issues losing the plug and have had these for over 4 months, using them daily, so if you are mindful, it should not be an issue! There are other options without the plug, but those just have an open slot at the top and so would still leak at night or if I bent over without thinking about it, so I'd take the small plug over the other option any day. I will definitely recommend these to any new moms from now on!

Taylor H. Couch: I was really happy to get and use these because my milk was slow to come in and I wanted to save every last drop that I could. Each shell can collect about 1 oz. of milk before they get "too full" for the design. I would recommend only wearing these if you are sitting up, maybe working at a desk and limiting your movement. I've worn them in a sports bra and taken my dogs on a walk, but if we go a long time or I'm on the full side, I will leak (the milk collects, but then spills or splashes over). Also, don't plan to wear these and lie down, they will not work. There is no suction to these that I have found - it's not a problem as they still collect milk and sit comfortably in your bra. I hated the idea of wasting my milk and this was a great way to save useful milk AND get on with your day without being attached to some mechanism. You can't run a marathon in these, but you can get some work done and add to your supply at the same time.

Nikol:
Lifesaver for avoiding leaking through. I create an abundance of breast milk, and pumping just makes it 1000% worse for me. These I can put in my bra and not have to worry about a nice event being ruined by having two large wet spots on my shirt. Also that milk is no longer being wasted! I don’t pump because it makes my milk flow beyond unbearable, but with using these I have been able to collect when my milk lets down and store it.
It does take some adjusting to make them not look awkward through your shirt. Also it is a little hard to clean if they aren’t rinsed out immediately. The stopper plugs could be lost easily as they are small and can be popped out of place easily. I would like to see improvements in design, but still I am in love with these!

Amazon Customer: You'll be better off spending your money on Haakaa's Ladybug instead of these shells. They did not suction on and are difficult to get the milk out without making a mess. They do collect the milk and do their basic job, there are just so many other products out there that are more convenient and user friendly.
