SignMeUp: I needed wrist weights that are truly adjustable--both the weight and the fit. I have small wrists (6-1/4") and was having a hard time finding weights that could be tightened enough for me. These fit! Because I was also recovering from shoulder surgery, I needed to start with one weight and be able to add weight incrementally. Unlike some other wrist weights, all five of the weight packets in each band can be removed and then configured as needed. Great product. I'm glad I found these!

C. Champagne: They are very well made. The adjustable straps fit snugly on my thin wrists and ankles and are very comfortable. There isn't any slipping or abrasive rubbing as I do my exercises and aerobic routines. I have used them with all the weights each time, but find it is very easy to remove some if necessary. I chose no-rush shipping and received them sooner than I had expected!

Yuepheng Xiong: What I like the most about this product is that it's adjustable and the velcro does a great job making the weights easily accessable. What I personally don't like is how when all the tiny pieces inside the bags fall down towards the bottom and the weight distribution becomes uncomfortable loosening the velcro. I have to keep pushing the little pieces back up evenly inside the bags to continue working out.

Man of Truth: I am very happy with these wrist and ankle weights. The quality of materials is good. There is a thinner, smaller diameter stretchable band on the inside to reduce slipping when worn on the wrists. The weights can be removed in order to wash the sweaty straps. I weighed each of the sand weight bags separately on a food preparation scale, and they are precise when weighed in ounces. For each wrist/ankle weight, two of the bags have the same weight on each side and three of the bags have the same weight on each side, and the difference between the weights that are different is small and the total weight of each wrist/ankle weight is as described and precise in ounces (so the exact number of pounds specified). I didn't bother looking at precision down to the gram scale.
