Brandon J.: Honestly, this book sat on my shelf for more than 3 years ... but when I picked it up, I couldn't put it down. This book has everything you want in it. Valuable information, with amazing stories to relate and share the principle (which will then stick better in your mind), exercises to go along with each topic that Pat teaches, and an easy to read format. I was thoroughly impressed and must say, that I too, am now one of Pat's superfans. (Off to follow him on social, podcast, by more books, etc.)

What if you could change clients and customers into Superfans? What if you could take casual, active and connected clients, and move them up the ladder into Superfans? How do you build your 1000 true fans?

This is the concept of the book.

The book is a good quick read, organized into five parts and 19 chapters. But more than a book, each chapter ends with an exercise and has online accompanied material. I am not going to spoil, nor summarize any of the book's story. Mainly because I want you to read it. But I will give you my five lessons or takeaways I learned from reading Superfans.

Mark Des CotesMark Des Cotes: I've been a fan of Pat's ever since he launched his podcast, so I may be a bit biased. However, I do believe anybody trying to build a community needs to read this book. Pat doesn't teach you how to build the largest community possible, he teaches you how to build the best community possible, even if that community is made up of only a handful of people. I've implemented some of the strategies he talked about in Superfans and I'm already seeing increased engagement from my followers. I can't wait to try more of his strategies and see how his teachings pay off in the long run.

Alexander: I'm following Pat for quite some time and he's practicing what he's preaching with lots of positive energy. The book is full of great stories from example case studies, which help the reader to translate the concepts into their own world.

The book is primarily written for business owners or for those, responsible for building the community around a business, but it's equally helpful for non-profit organizations to build community and create superfans, who promote the message of the organization.

Each chapter closes with actionable exercise. Thus, you not only read about it, but you can take action directly.

Pat is always very vocal about taking action and these exercises are another example of him doing what he's preaching.

I'm not surprised, that this book became a bestseller directly after launch. His own superfans helped with it :-)
