Grow Your Own Super Sweet 100 Tomatoes with Clovers Garden Plant

Socks FanSocks Fan: This summer was my first time ordering tomato plants from Amazon, and I was a little concerned about transit and delivery. I also ordered four plants from another vendor that came securely packaged in plastic clamshells, so I was additionally concerned when these arrived without the clamshells and looked a bit bedraggled. But I took heart from the enclosed instructions, which said that 99% of the time the plants recovered, and so they did and grew even taller than the other four and have been equally healthy and productive. I planted all six in mid-June, and since mid-August, we’ve had a bountiful harvest, with lots to share. I need to give credit, too, to a mixture of Coast of Maine soils in our raised beds and plenty of rain this summer (we’re in northeastern Massachusetts). It’s heartening to know that the plants that didn’t use plastic shipping materials did just as well as those that did.

Helen BrockHelen Brock: I ordered 2 live tomato plants-Super Sweet 100 & I was disappointed in the shape they arrived in & then one died within days & the other is doing ok. I took pictures of them & sent them to Clover’s Home & Garden not sure what they’d do. I was pleasantly surprised they sent me 2 more! See pictures how well they arrived on day 1. Day 2 one of them is blooming & day 3 more blooms & 2 tomatoes are growing already! Unbelievable, I am so amazed!! I will definitely order from them again!! You can order with them knowing they stand behind their products!!

Trice: Hoping they grow well. Received my tomato bushes today. They arrived in 1 piece but straggly looking-rough. I immediately watered and placed in the sun. If they had stayed in the shipping box for 1day more…not sure they would have survived
