Patterson: I really love this pepper because it is finely ground (think powdered sugar), which really brings out the pepper flavor and requires only the lightest sprinkle to pepper my scrambled eggs (you may want to find a pepper shaker with TINY holes or risk over-dosing). I can't tell you how many times over the years I have had to pound a pepper shaker to get enough pepper on my food to meet my taste and this solved that issue immediately. I love the flavor -- which is fresh and peppery(!) -- and will certainly buy this again.
