Lois A: I was a little leery about trying one of those these butters because some folks felt the consistency was too thin. As soon as I took off the lid, I could see that the naysayers were wrong. It’s just perfect as far as I am concerned. It’s very spreadable and will not run off your bread or toast as some alleged. The flavor was sweet but not overpowering and the flavor of the apple shown through. The pecan was nice because the flavor was definitely there, but I also had a few little pecan morsels to chew on. We will be reordering the same combination, but will also try the other flavors soon. Buy this butter, or one of its kin to slather on your toast, hot cakes and/or muffins and you will not regret it
