Just My Opinion: Good quality freeze dried food that my picky puppy boy loves. But this stuff (by weight) is soooo expensive it hurts. Buying a similar substitute (maybe not quite as good, but good enough) for about 2/3 the cost.

Julee Houlton: My dog will eat these, and she's very picky. I once bought her a top brand and she hated it. She sniffed her dish and proceeded to push it under our gazebo curtain and walk away. I had to give the whole bag away to a less fussy dig. I used to do all kinds of things, like adding cheese, eggs, gravy, and a variety of canned food and fresh dog food to get her to eat kibbled food. Now I can just crush up a wafer, mix it with the dry food and she eats the whole dish full in just a few minutes. Before it took her all day to finish her meal. The only complaint I have is the bag only has about 27 wafers, which is a few wafers short of having a wafer every day of the month. It makes my subscription order difficult to plan for. I would rather pay a little bit more and have it come with 31. She is older and only eats one time a day. I use these for a topper. They work great for training as well. I just break them into small bits and she would stand on her head, if I asked her to, just to get that small morsel.

DIY groomer: Stella and Chewey is a reputable company. I will be buying this product again if I can get a larger size and a better price. It’s dehydrated dog food so it’s easier to use than raw, but It shouldn’t be so expensive for such a small size. It also has a better smell than most other brands.

Annie F: I found out by accident my Rhodesian Shepherd loves blueberry treats, thus I'm always looking for healthy treats containing blueberries. When I purchased this product, I was primarily looking for a way to supplement his diet of dry dog food. Reading thru tons of product ingredients, I came across this. It contains several ingredients my dog loves, it's dehydrated which allows me to crumble over his food. He's a 90lb running bundle of jumping energy.... there is no way this product would be an affordable meal option but as a healthy food topper ... it's perfect! I use 1/4 to 1/2 a treat per meal (once daily) thus 1 bag generally lasts over 30 days. Fresh, healthy, excellent packaging.

TaraZTaraZ: WHAT CAN I SAY.. I believe this healthy food has given my 12 year eskie pup more healthy happy years, better digestion and skin and overall look is so vibrant and happy! Our new pups aged 2years and 4 months also love Stella & chewy and have NO allergies, no issues and won't eat anything else so I need to figure out a way to make it last because of the cost. These patties are VERY expensive, they do not eat the kibble and I cringe with every purchase daydreaming of the luxury car I could be driving... I cant believe I am spending literally tens of thousands of dollars a year on food, supplements and quality chews BUT prevention is key and an unhealthy pup is also very expensive, sad and not the road I want to go down. Pick your path invest in prevention! You They love all meats, we never tried the rabbit bc of cost but Turkey and Beef are the favorite. :)

Amazon Customer: My small Yorkie-Poodle is 2.5 years old and always showed avoidance to kibble. I have tried so many different things to encourage him to eat kibble - including different brands, soaking kibble, adding pumpkin, etc.. He was just not motivated to eat kibble. However, he is a food motivated dog as he does well with other (human) foods and treats.
My trainer recommended this item. It took a while for my dog to be open to trying it (probably simce we've had to try so many different foods in the past). But after about a month to open up to this, he now really enjoys this and once i put down his meal with this, he'll eat it with no fussing.
I love that i can cut the patties into smaller pieces. I tend to cut up 2 patties and take them outside to use a treats for his morning walks. He really enjoys sniffling for the small pieces in grassy areas.
I also like that i can add water to hydrate the patties. I usually add water as per the package instructions, salmon oil supplement, and a dried sweet potato chew.
He had his off days, but he now eats this fairly reliably in the mornings for his breakfast (he gets homemade meals for dinner so he has some variety). It...
