I normally use the Adobo Goya with the red cap. I wanted to try what the "light" one tasted like. I was surprised at the thickness of the, but not turned off by it. I was hoping that the flavor would have less of a salty taste since the label reads, "50% less sodium than regular Adobo". I do not taste any difference. In fact at times it flavor seems saltier. I do not dislike the product but, probably will not purchase this again. I may as well stick to the regular Adobo with the red cap. This is a purchase you have to try for yourself and decide.
