David: I was very skeptical as a chronic fisherman, and I got it bad. If you fill a tire rut with water I'm going to get a line wet. I travel on and off the job and needed something other than just a 4 piece fly rod as plenty of my destination don't offer traditional fly fishing opportunities. Don't get me wrong, I own better than 12 bait casters for various applications, so I'm just as comfortable casting to bass, reds, and sea trout as I am presenting flies to rainbows, browns, and natives on mountain streams. I've found the rod to be better than expectation, by all rights a great product. Not only worth the money but is buy again.

happy: Packed it in my luggage for a trip to Alaska. Caught a silver on an iron from the beach. The rod is light weight but worked well and has good balance.

Federico Fuentes: It is a sturdy casting rod . It’s really good for propeller lures but too strong for small and medium lures.

But as a package is fantastic . Not for small size fish

Benny WilkinsBenny Wilkins: The media could not be loaded.  After fishing in Alaska for a day or so this pole snapped while reeling in a 9 lb coho. Love that it’s 4 pieces but didn’t love the fact that it broke so easily and so soon after I got it. The 30 day return policy was already over after I got home from my trip because I bought it a month before the trip. I’m not so sure I would want to buy this again because of what happened.

Nigel D: Reasonable rod, more suited to fly fishing or light spin, but, the same problem as another rod, poor quality control inspection as the 2nd section didn't fit and I had to sand it down. Bit disappointed but overall ok.

Robert Barrow: 6'6' MH rod. Not as stiff as my Ardito travel rod, but at less than half the price, it is solid. Enough backbone to catch bigger fish. Very similar feel to my TFO rods, so it's a good value.
UPDATE10/20/23- One of the sections broke, I see that there is a 1 year warranty on the rods, we'll see how this goes. Will leave the 5 stars for now, as I really like this rod.
UPDATE 10/28/23- Goture honored the warranty, New replacement rod arrived today. Buy with confidence.
