I purchased this air fryer, even though we do have an "air fryer" option with our stove/oven, because of the smaller size. There's just two of us now, so turning on the whole oven for just a small portion is a waste of electricity, so I thought this would be better. The fryer arrived on time and well packaged. The instructions were very clear and the fryer is very easy to use! What surprised me was the size and the variety of things that can be made in the air fryer! Preheating only takes 3 minutes (even at the highest setting - I've done chicken, fries and even some apple dumplings and all turned out so well! The frozen fries surprised me the most, as oven fries (even in the convection oven with air fryer basket) have never been as crisp as deep oil fried - but by spraying the frozen fries with only a very light mist of oil (2 fine sprays), the fries came out so crispy and golden! The fried chicken was excellent, took half the time of the regular oven and clean up is so easy with the copper coating. I love this! I happen to get at a great Prime Day savings so went for it. It’s amazing what it does in such a short time. Our go to use is for veggies because we don’t lose flavour and it doesn’t sit in boiling water taking away all the nutrients. My only complaint is that I wish it was bigger. You won’t be able to do a whole chicken and drumsticks get crowded so you will have to do them in batches. If a larger size comes out I will seriously consider switching. Gotham seems to be a very good product. We’ve been using it for a good 3 weeks. If it breaks down soon I will post an update.

If you were a microwave user and missed crunchy and toasty food, you will love this air fryer! Our family uses our air fryer daily. I even use it for toasting bread. It cleans easily. Food tastes great. I even bought one for my aging mother because it’s so easy to use. I would recommend this air fryer to anyone.

I love this. The basket size is perfect, not small, not too big.
I love fried chicken but never eat it. I now make ‘fried’ chicken in this and can’t be happier. I can have four chicken thighs done in 30-40 minutes.
I mostly use it to make potato wedges, but use it to cook sirloin steak tips, roast red peppers, caramlize onions, etc.
Very easy to clean.
The one draw back, reported in other comments, the timer minute #’s just rub off?? Makes no sense. But it’s the only flaw.
