Amazon Customer: We were impressed with the design of the unit BUT it came apart 4, or 5 times in our pool, and then it came apart with broken parts. In general, it did not cover the entire pool area. It went along the sides and got stuck in the corners constantly, even when I lowered the pressure. We had it for 1 1/2 months before it came apart permanently.

Cilla: This product doesn’t hold up in the pool. It comes apart no matter how you tighten it. Has great suction but it comes apart during vacuuming. I wasted my money here.

Norma: While this product worked well, it only lasted for 4 months. An integral part that holds the internal part together, broke and is not fixable. Therefore, the product will be thrown in the garbage. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

derek a baker: Stopped working after 3 months, only used a handful of times. When it was working it kept vacuuming the same areas on the sides of the pool, missing the middle. When it occasionally climbed up the walls it would climb all the way out of the water until the pump completely lost suction. A lot of the stuff on the bottom also need up floating on top of the vacuum, instead of under it.

Mr. JFloMr. JFlo: For years I have purchased expensive named brand Kreepy Krauly pool cleaner vac and replacement parts costing tons of money. For a third of the cost I was shocked I could purchase this item.. Easy set-up looks and works great!!! Very happy with this item and purchase!!
Well I changed my mind, this item just broke after I just bought it April 20, 2020, was very pleased with it until it broke while in the pool. Sounds like a product defect as I read another customer bad review with same problem....
I am pleasantly surprised the retailer gave me a full refund without hassle and no return of broken item! Great job Super-Buy company!

Jim Treat: When it works it does the job. But it does not last. Eventually, work stress breaks the plastic and it becomes useless. This one broke in less than six months of use. I repaired it once with epoxy, which has failed.
