This is an okay health tracker watch. The app is pretty simple for this watch. However, the latch for the metal band is not that great and it falls off pretty easily so I mostly use the silicone band that came with it. The watch is supposed to be able to have a changeable watch face which although it does have a few options it has none of the ones that are shown on the product page. Its an okay watch but, I have seen better for the price

I got for my mom to monitor when I’m not home. This watch is NOT EASY to set up. It’s directions DO NOT HELP!! The band is funky and to put it on correctly you need 2 people... the clasp also didn’t stay what so ever!! Don’t waste your money or frustration on this item!!
