Shaleena: The plastic seal around the spout leaks. I did not want to send it back. I am in a place where I do not get mail, so would have to haul it back and forth, 1400 miles after going twice, and there is no guarrantee the next one would not leak or even be broken. I am going to try and put some good, clear glue around the water spout so it will not constantly drip and hope that solves the problem. I wish they would have put a metal spigot on instead of the cheap plastic one. We have been using a different one for 4 years and it turns on just the opposite of this so that will take getting used to.

Ms M: I needed a beautiful cut crystal type beverage dispenser and its exactly what I was looking for. I purchased this for a small event (Breast Cancer Awareness Reception). I wanted the women to feel beautiful and elegant; and their surroundings to be just as elegant. This dispenser met my idea and fit right into the what I needed. I ordered 2 for the pink lemonade and pink lady punch. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the box and found 2 in the box. So now I need to return one of the boxes back. I don't feel comfortable with the spout, but I will change to a metal spout later.

Skip Finklemeyer: This is the most beautiful beverage dispenser I’ve ever used, but it does have some downsides. First, this thing is gorgeous and statuesque. For pure class and visual appeal this dispenser is hard to beat. It glistens. It sparkles. Yes! But with all that beauty there are some things you need to know. 1) Large Size. Not in terms of capacity but it is tall and slender and has a tall pointed lid. And while you can flip the lid for storage, it comes in a large box and takes a lot of space in storage. 2) Tall with narrow base. While I don’t think it would tip over it *feels* like it might tip. I would only use this on a VERY sturdy surface. 3) Heavy All Glass. I don’t know how much this weighs but it is very heavy to lift, move, and set up, especially when full. 4) Difficult to clean. Too big to fit in your kitchen sink or dishwasher so it must be cleaned by hand. 5) A bit intimidating. I know this sounds weird, but I’ve found guests can be hesitant to use it. I think it just seems very delicate and maybe a bit tippy. Just be sure you weigh the pluses and potential minuses or such a grand piece.
