Erin: I needed this for a family gathering; it worked out perfectly! I made a fall sangria, and everyone commented on the container's elegance. I agree.
The only issue for me is cleaning it. You can remove the spout and clean it ( I am lazy ) I am hoping it will be okay next time I use it which will be Christmas!

ME Nordling: This beverage dispenser is heavy duty! Thick glass, wonderful and study spout and great stand. I so definitely recommend this, however, it is VERY HEAVY when empty, so full it is hard to move. It is also big and bulky - make sure you have a LOT of room in your refridgerator (or wherever you are going to put it) for it. NOT good for infusion water as whatever vegetable or fruit you use will get stuck in the spout.
BUT - this is made to last and is gorgeous!
