Anthony Carrozza: Nozzle is too small, pouring takes forever. Nozzle significantly leaks in the off positive after a few months of use, rendering it completely useless. Mesh insert is of poor quality, feels like it will eventually break. My girlfriend got a different brand for the same price, all these things were better. Wish I could return this.

Mark BuysalotMark Buysalot: Update 2: After a couple of years of great cold Brew out of this unit, I used warm water to clean it and it cracked, probably because it was cold right out of the fridge. I take full responsibility for this and am just posting it to warn you against using warm or hot water while your jug is cold. I just placed an order for a new one. I cannot live without my cold Brew.
Update: while the filter is in, the lid will not stay locked on. This is a minor inconvenience. Just don't pick up the jug by the lid and there is no issue. The filter is the reason I purchased this and it works fabulously. I fill it halfway with grounds and use my faucet's sprayer to fill the jug through the filter/grounds. I put a folded paper towel on top before closing the lid to steep, usually for 12 hours. The paper towel ensures that the grounds stay submerged. I would recommend this for anyone who wants home cold brew and I would purchase again if I broke or lost this. It is fabulous for my daily fix.

RJ: I received my coffee cold-brew package quickly and set it up soon after. The first time I used it, it leaked all over my fridge. The coffee was coming out from under the spigot at the seal. I was not happy at all, hence the 4 star review. I called amazon and they offered to replace it, sending out a new one right away. I received the new one and decided to test it first with water in a controlled experiment before using it, just in case. This one is totally fine with no leak under the spigot. Must have been a fluke. I like the glass container’s design and how easy it was to use. The coffee tasted good and I enjoyed it. Much happier now that it works as I thought it would. It would have been a 5 star review without the issue but it was handled well.

George MoyerGeorge Moyer: Ive owned this for 8 months now. For cold brew coffee, its been nice! Used with success for 6 months however, per the attached photos, you can see that the jar/jug has a very thin spot, light bulb thin.
A quarter size piece broke off and sent coffee all over the inside of my fridge. Most of the jug is fine, not mason jar thick, but not too thin, except that spot.
I've contacted the seller regarding this. Pending their decision
