Great addition to my preworkout mix! GPLC is rarely found in preworkout mixes and this one seems to be of high quality and has added a boost to my workouts. This also seems to give me a mental edge as well, but I also combine this with a carnitine complex that has a small serving of GPLC, so its hard to say which one is more responsible, but nevertheless, I've added muscle faster with my new regimen incl. GPLC.

Realized how effective it was after I stopped taking it and saw that dark blood blotches were again collecting at the bottoms of my legs. A slight bump or a connection with my dog's claw when she jumped up resulted in quite a bleed-out. Realizing that this phenomenon had eased substantially whilst I was taking GlycoTrax, I reordered and after just a few days on it, those black-looking bloody blotches are looking much fainter and not so threatening. For better blood circulation, this product works for me.

What I like about it the most is that you can take it with food. It's hard to take things on an empty stomach with the timing. I have not had any adverse effects from it. My palpitations have been less but I take other things as well for that so I'm not sure which one is helping. I am ordering again.
