Fresh curry leaves aren't so easy to come by unless you live close to Asian markets. They don't freeze well nor do home dehydrators create a useable product. However these dried leaves retained a good deal of flavor and I'm very glad to have them on hand. When I first opened the bag there was definitely a wonderful aroma. I decided to keep them in the fridge to better preserve them and I think I succeeded in maintaining their shelf life.
I used them to make poha chivda, an Indian snack and the flavor was fine. Of course using fresh would be preferable but these were a great substitute.

It's dry but not too dry. Scent and the flavor is the same as fresh. I am going to continue buy Ceylon (Sri Lanka) cinnemon, curry leaves and rampa (pandan leaves) from this seller.

These are good but of course with dried curry leaves the flavour cannot be the same as fresh ones. However, these are still great quality and one of the better dried curry leaves I have tried. Good value for the price.

Since they are selling dried, its wrong to expect freshness. These leaves still have scent and when cooked gives some aroma. Not exactly the best quality, works for my purpose.
