Ophelia: Very healthy but very smal pieces and sometimes they have crater size holes in them. It’s very expensive bread too. That said it’s the healthiest bread out there and it does the job. If you want it to taste better griddle it. I prefer suffering on taste and price as long as I don’t put crap in my body. Good job base culture for not adding ANY bad crap to your bread !

April LeBlanc: I had weight loss surgery a year ago and completely changed my way of eating. I lost 123 lbs with this surgery tool and by completely omitting white or wheat flours and gluten, added sugars and sticking to clean eating. This is such a nice bread alternative and after not having any bread at all for over a year it was like a heavenly experience to eat this. The slices themselves are very small but it's ideal for someone in my situation since I can't eat much. I had one slice with some organic cheddar cheese and nitrate free pepperoni and I really enjoyed it. I will be buying more!
