simpleeagle2233: I'm not a huge fan of pie crust, so I typically just buy my crusts vs making them. And I always buy deep dish pie crusts. I find non deep-dish pie crusts to always be too thin. Each package comes with two pie crusts that arrive frozen. They came undamaged. I used one pie crust to make a coconut cream pie and the other pie crust to make a quiche.
