Milton: Neither too sweet or too spicy. Great in tea, oatmeal, or pancakes, or ice cream, even some alcoholic drinks. There's little that can't be improved with this! Unfortunately, delivery was subpar. The shipper did not knock on my door (I was home all that day), and I found the box on my patio...leaking. Yes, a bottle was broken. I hope I'll get credited for the loss
