Raymond McInerney: One of our family’s favorite meals is spaghetti and meatballs, the latter made, to the best of my ability, according to my Sicilian grandmother’s “recipe”. However, my adult daughter has celiac disease and so can’t eat the meatballs made with Progresso breadcrumbs. As a result, I have tried several different GF breadcrumbs and, according to my daughter, Gillian’s are the best. That’s good enough for me! They are pricey, no question about it. But when it comes to making meatballs my entire family loves, I’ll continue using Gillian’s for the GF polpette that I make.
