Sejal Dalsania: I got the adjustable temperature wax warmer and I'm happy with my purchase for the most part. The plug is a decent size and the warmer isn't too heavy or bulky. It warms up the wax quickly (took maybe about 10-15 mins for the sides of the wax to turn soft and maybe another 20 mins for the whole thing to become spreadable) and keeps it warm, there aren't any issues with the temperature going hot to cold back to hot again.

I do wish they made the warmer in a smaller size. I purchased the Gigi face wax and it only comes in a small container. This warmer is too big for it and the wax can is fully inside the warmer. I know I could buy the mini warmer but it doesn't have the adjustable temperature feature which was a must for me. I have to be extra careful when taking extra wax off my stick so that it doesn't touch the sides of the warmer and gets it dirty.

Worth the money but if the company is reading this, make your mini warmer with an adjustable temperature feature please!

Ramo: The product wasn’t packaged well and got damaged in shipping. Some of the plastic on the housing was broken. It is still usable. I bought this to replace the same warmer. I had the other warmers for five years before it stopped working. All of that history and I’d give it 5 stars if it weren’t for the problem with getting damaged in shipping.

The warmer works great with the Gigi honey wax. It warms the wax through on low or medium. I’ve never used it on high.

Ashna: I’ve used this with gigi wax tin and it has made home waxing SO much easier. It does get hot quickly (within 20-35 minutes depending on the amount of wax) but if you’re careful, it’s fine. The lid is kind of useless but the whole thing overall works for my needs.

Maddy: I bought this item twice. The first time it worked great. However, because it had a few years of use and it had gotten all sticky from the wax, I decided to replace it. With the second one, I am not sure what happened, but my last can of Gigi wax must have been cracked or punctured, because it leaked and it passed through the machine and all over my cupboard. I noticed that there is a screw in the bottom of the heater, and the wax must have passed through there. It might be normal for the wax to pass through if it leaks from the can, I don't know. All I know is that this time around it was a complete waste of money. The can that leaked was a can go Gigi wax. I will buy the machine again because it is working well and it also is the machine with the best reviews. But beware of leaking cans. Also, the wax is very sticky, so messes are almost impossible to clean up.
