Nancy: I was surprised that all the pieces for the cabinet arrived with no damage. Instructions are incorrect for the drawers. It comes in a lot of pieces. It looks very nice and works well for me. I wanted something to put all my small appliances in and they fit as hoped. I would buy again.

LH: We purchased this to use in our copy room at our office. It will store office supplies and copy paper. The grey is a little darker than a dove grey. It's a sturdy piece made of MDF. Our carpenter assembled it with no problems.

LaurenLauren: I rarely ever write any product reviews, but I was extremely pleased with this sideboard! It did take a fair amount of time to ensemble (probably around 3 hours or so), but considering the size and features, I'd say that amount of time should be expected. The instructions were clear; however, the diagrams and pictures included in the instructions could have been a bit larger. But overall, I am extremely satisfied with it! I spent A LOT of time researching sideboards/buffets- I'm talking about months I spent searching for something I liked that was decently priced. I am so happy I finally settled on this one. It has plenty of storage and seems to be sturdy enough to withhold just about anything I'd want to use it for.

Craig StlukaCraig Stluka: I included lots of pics because these are what I would have liked to have seen prior to purchasing- capacity!! What all will it hold? I left the cat in 1st pic for scale, she is on the large side.
I've rearranged a couple of times to fit in more (likely will do so again with another crock-pot) and am amazed it holds So Much! A blender on it's base, 6 qt crock-pot, tea maker, coffee maker, mixer, tall insulated water bottles, many vases, cupcake holders, hand blenders, egg boiler, 3 stack steamer. Having only 3 1/4 drawers in my kitchen, adding these 3 drawers makes this one the pick over any others that don't have them. So glad I went with this one, completely worth it to have added so much storage to a small kitchen.
Like others have said, the doors don't seem as sturdy when opening/closing as the sideboard itself, which is a Substantial piece of furniture.
It was missing 1 screw from the hardware provided, and the last picture is a barely noticeable soft dent in the front bottom fascia the only flaw that looks like it was in the wood before paint/poly. There is a small scratch above the left hand door- but could have been done when assembling or unpacking.

Pat: I bought the Sideboard Buffet Server in September 2020. Putting it together was difficult, but it is very sturdy and a nice looking piece of furnature. It it exactly what I have been looking for, for a long time. It's not the highest quality, but as I said it is very sturdy, good for put together furnature. Here is why I am writing here instead of talking to someone at the company and why I only gave it three stars. There is a drawer front missing. I had been corresponding with someone at Giantesx since it was put together. I think her name was Sue. She said in two emails that she is waiting to get it from the manufacturer. After that, she offered me money 2 times, I said I want the drawer front. Finally she offered $150. I accepted and I havent heard a thing since.. I have tried to contact the company but the email comes back and I can't find a phone number.. I don't know how I was able to contact her in the first place. I hope someone can help me.

kym: it is actually quite wonderful! a substantial and very sturdy piece of furniture. my dislikes would be: 1) the knobs on the bottom cupboard doors... they are a little small and underwhelming... I will be replacing them with ones more in keeping with the drawer pulls. 2) there are shelves inside the cupboards, but not position options, and the shelves themselves should be a bit narrower to allow better access to the bottom part. all in all, I love it! when it was all put together, it made me smile big time! I would definitely recommend this unit.
there were a couple of pieces that were damaged during shipping, but fortunately they were at the back of the drawers and therefore not visible. a shipping company issue, not the manufacturer, but perhaps better packaging to ensure all pieces are in good shape upon arrival. I will be looking for more products from this vendor.
