Item only took two days to be delivered, easy to assemble, looks great, and works perfectly. We are very happy with it. In this photo you can see the electric fireplace insert along with a fireplace screen. We bought that fireplace screen from Amazon as well.

So to start I am a 70 year old grandma. I didn’t want to mess with gas fireplace so I had gas company cap off gas, took out logs and box and put this unit in place of it. No more fears of using my fireplace and looks beautiful. No muss no fuss.

Just remodeled a basement room that has a stone wall in it...needed a fireplace to complete the look but did not have much width to work with. This electric fireplace is the perfect size, both in width and height and it works great (although I have yet to test it on a really cold day). I am confident it will heat this 350 sq ft room just fine. Going to build a hearth for it to sit on and also a decorative surround and a mantel...low profile so it doesn't protrude into the room very far. It has manual controls on a panel at the base that is accessible through a fold down panel and it is also controlled with a remote. I am very pleased with this purchase...very fair price.

Came well packed, easy to install, installed in bedroom and gives off plenty of heat. Colour changes are a nice touch....works as advertised....only 4 stars as I just bought it and installed for 3 weeks....will have to wait and see if it lasts long term ....but seems to be well made.
