kathy kearnskathy kearns: it is so easy to use, really cleans the clothes it is just fantastica!!!!! so happy, I don't have to fight to get the building laundry room anymore or haul it through 4 doors 2 being heavy fire doors, and start your wash and then have someone come and take the dryer while your load is on the final rinse. way to go giantex!!! so lovely I did 5 loads then a cleanse and dry off to keep the machine from mildew. and leave the doors open to air dry the unit.

JacobJacob: This product does a fine job of cleaning clothes; however, the engineering put into it was very lazy.

The bottom of the machine clearly has a spot where wheels COULD have been attached, or at least included as an optional addon, but were sadly not. Luckily it is light enough to pickup and move. The drain pipe could be longer or at least easily replaceable with a longer pipe, instead my options are limited as to where I can use this machine (in the bath tub exclusively)

The worst part is, after a month's use the spin dry has rubbed a hole through the side of the inner wall. I realize that you cannot put too much into the spinner otherwise it may be out of balance, but sometimes that does not even matter. I put a few clothing items in the spinner, level it off, and switch it on. The entire machine will STILL shake and I have to immediately switch it off to make adjustments. Sometimes this can go on 5-6 times before it finally will spin properly. These short instances are what rubbed a hole in the side wall. The sad part is that simply better engineering could have solved this. Less sway on the drum or a wider operation area would have done the...

Kellie: So far so good!!! Only thing to watch is the amount you put in the spin dry and not to over use it because the motor will get hot and need to cool down before you can use it again, I do a wash and then a rinse in the main tub so you get all the soap out and the water runs clean then split that load up in the spin dry and hang clothes to finish drying smaller than I thought but washer a bigger load than I expected... great for small places and better than paying for laundry!

Bridget A. Utsey: So so so easy to use. And convenient. It arrived Friday and I took it out of the box on Saturday. I set it where i wanted it, plugged it in, turned it on and it was ready to go. It’s very lightweight when empty and, of course, not so much when full of water and clothes but still able to be moved when done carefully. Clothes dried on the rack in just hours. That spinner is amazing. I started out with 5 minutes but then decreased it to 1 minute for everything in my attempts to conserve energy. It worked so well.
I fully tested the capacity. I washed two beach towels, a men’s 2xl hoodie, some socks and still had room for maybe 1-3 items. It holds a lot.
I also over used it. I noticed the motor making a funny noise the last two washes. The next morning it wouldn’t start. I wanted to cry. However, i turned on the spinner then turned on the washer and that worked. I will never over use it again. Learn from my mistake. Otherwise, I used several tricks and tips i saw on youtube. They were very helpful. I have always hated doing laundry but this time i was excited. I’m sure i am in love with this machine. Please may it continue.

linda pelletier: It does a great job cleaning small loads. And the spinner gets most of the water out. (I also bought a clothes drying rack on Amazon for under $30).
The only problem is the water intake hose is flimsy and short, hard to reach a water source and hard to keep it attached if you do. It wasn't too bad loading it with jugs of water by hand, though. The drainage hose is also very short, so I had to elevate the unit and sorta lean it on the edge of the bath tub.
I knew about those issues in advance, though, from other reviews on here, so all in all I'm quite happy with the unit as it does a good job overall.

singlun: During covid I did not have access to my washing unit, as I was quarantining. This machine is amazing. Youtube videos gave me great tips- I used shower head set in the bathtub/shower. Uses little soap. Unfortunately it was missing lint filter and seller gave me $50 credit to offset getting a lint collector. I could not give this up. Great spin for almost removing water and holds quite alot although better on smaller loads. Do not use hose attachment as difficult to connect- the shower extension head works better. Now, I want one for my cottage. I love it better than the front loads I had for $1500 which do not get clothes clean.

Ana: I was excited to use this product, great for small places for sure. The first load I did I put in 3 items
A sweater a shirt and pants all from. My 11 year old daughter. Everything worked great then I went to do a second load and 4 shirts and 2 shorts and the spinner for the drier smelled like it was burning and the whole machine was shaking the entire time not as smooth as the first spin. I paid $404 Canadian and not impressed at all. Not worth my money.

Betsy: The media could not be loaded.  Update! After a year of use- and having cats, the drain clogged inside underneath the unit with no access to get it unclogged- even after taking (what we could reach) apart. Also used a toothed plastic drain snake, the drain pipe is curved so couldn’t reach the clog. The manufacturer NEEDS to create a way to clean and/or clear a lint/hair clog.

Great little apartment washer! It’s not an automatic water fill washer - you either fill it with the hose supplied from the faucet or use a bucket. The wash bucket side is roomy enough - I washed 4 XXL long sleeve henleys, 2 pair of underwear with no problem. It’s only large enough for one large mans pair of jeans- which is ok with me. Very strong agitation on the wash side. If you wash what you wear each day or two it’s great. The spin side doesn’t hold what the wash side holds- I did one...

Erica: The media could not be loaded.  EDIT: I've been using this about once a week for 5 straight months and it's still working perfectly! I was able to wash a queen size duvet COVER (not the insert) and it cleaned very well! Obviously, it's too big for the spin dryer.

I just used this for the first time and I'm impressed at how well it cleans! I washed a bunch of shirts and towels and they all came out very clean and smelling fresh!
I saw a lot of reviewers complaining the directions were nondescript and not helpful, but the directions definitely helped me. Still, it's a simple machine that is really not hard to figure out.
The water inlet hose is really pretty useless. It's much easier and faster to just fill the tub with a bucket or shower hose.
The spin dryer works very well! It got my microfiber bath towel 97% dry after spinning for less than 1 minute. I could...
