MichStew: I've been using this mini dryer for several months and still very happy with it. It's not too heavy. It's easy to use and has several settings so I'm able to use it for different types of clothing materials. I vent it through a window but the big filter at the rear of the machine seems good enough to prevent lint from accumulating indoors. The key is to not over stuff it, to keep it clean, and to clear the lint traps and change the filter per the instructions.

Passiflora: Three years and still going strong. The original fan belt finally broke and I just replaced it. I had originally planned that for the low price of the dryer compared to conventional ones, I would just get rid of it at first sign of trouble (I had purchased it during the pandemic when I couldn't get a part for my old regular dryer.) So my first thought when it stopped working right last week was to discard. But then I checked out a few Youtube videos and decided to take the back panel off and see what was going on. When I saw the broken fan belt I knew from the YouTubers that it was an easy fix. I bought the new belt for about $17 on Amazon but Panda's parts website also sells a fan belt for under $20. Either way a cheap fix even if it breaks more often than every 3 years. The Panda parts website also has drum belts, thermal fuses and timers so someone who is handier than me could keep it going a long time. With the new fan belt I just installed, it's running like a new machine again.

Peter T.: I tested it w/a large load of towels and washcloths, and it got everything dry and fluffy in 80 minutes (including 60 min. heated and a 20-min. cool down) w/no wrinkles. I may try to reduce the time a bit to see if it can get things dry in less time.

It seems reasonably quiet. I like the adjustable feet, as I have one end on a large rug and the other end on solid floor, so I need to make the proper adjustment to keep it level. I didn't rate energy efficiency because it's hard for me to tell until I check my next electricity bill.

The reason I gave it a rating of only four stars is that I find that removing the lint filter assembly requires me to get down on the floor to reach far enough into the unit to reach the back of the drum where the filter is to pull it free from the center of the drum using the four finger holds near the center of the filter assembly. I've seen others here say that the filter assembly unscrews (which I would prefer), but maybe mine is a newer/different model that just allows pulling the filter assembly straight out from the center of the drum using the finger holds instead of unscrewing it.

The filters are easy to clean w/a brush...

Granite: I had a small dryer that the drum belt broke and I couldn't find a belt replacement. Before I bought this dryer I made sure a drum belt and a motor belt were available. This dryer is fantastic. It says because it is only 1500 watts it make take longer to dry.That isn't true. I set it at 100 minutes and it drys my load perfectly. I had a large LG dryer 240 volts 5600 watts that took 107 minutes to dry the same size load. It is quiet less noise than the big dryer. I like that the instruction manual had a number for customer service and a number to order parts.

Seth & Jackie Cullen: I just love this dryer. I use this dryer along with my twin tub washer that spins out the water more than a regular washing machine and this helps dry the clothing really fast in the dryer. I did my cotton queen bed sheets in it, only one at a time, and each was done in 30 min. Using the apartment building laundry room it would be an hour drying anyways. Dried 3 heavy towels together in 30 mins. Saves a lot of time then having to hang and dry inside due to we are not allowed to hang dry clothing outside. I use this in the bathroom and bungee cord the hose to the shower bar so that the end of the hose is pushed against the bathroom fan case to exhaust it outside. My household is just myself and my husband. This dryer is perfect for us.

Jessica: We have laundry rooms but the only one that has appliances that work right is kind of far away and I travel by bike, so I was limited to when the car was here so I wouldn’t be hauling stuff across the complex by carrying it or wagon. We do have one acceptable washing machine in the nearby hallway though, so I do my washing there, and this 3.5 cu ft dryer performs as we need! A tip for shorter drying time: vent ur dryer out a window and keep the hose as short as possible. I got the little floor dolly for it, just move it to the weird position to make the hose short and now my heavy loads and towels will be dry in one cycle. Very much worth it. Planning on getting a better vent for the upcoming midwestern cold so we can retain more of that heat and humidity and not have the window cracked. I do recommend a dowel rod or something to stick in the bottom of the window sill while you leave that room unattended (not for too long). Also we have a window alarm and I’m planning on putting another fire alarm in there just for safety. MotherNatureSays: Works well on 15A breaker. Takes a bit longer then a regular sized dryer but well worth the convenience of not having to go downstairs. Towels double the time. It doesn't cost more regardless of double the time. Great for single person. Of course do install the external exhaust through wall or hole in a plexiglas fixed to a window with a Zip removal silicon. Simply open window to use with plexiglas.

Suni: Dryer works fine. But I don't care for the vent piece in back that doesn't seem to come off after it's put on. It really messes up storing it when you live in a tiny place as I do which why I bought this.

Update July 12, 2023. I'm still liking the dryer. Like anything portable, it takes a little longer to dry but that's ok. My portable washing machine spins the clothes of more water than the washers at laundromats.

I do wish the controls were at the top or even in the middle of the dryer instead of on the bottom. I live in a tiny place and have to put it aside when I'm not using it. So I have to prop it up on a small folding table I bought specifically for this. That way it reaches the electrical socket for use and I put it right under a window so I don't have to use the vent piece that holds the hose. That vent piece is hard to get off once it's on and to store I need it off.
