The machine is perfect for my small apartment , easy to carry to the sink with handles on the side , easy to use and clothes come out with very few wrinkles and almost dry . More than meets my expectations and was a fantastic purchase . Thank you Amazon !

MLB: I'm sorry I waited to get one of these. My extra large washer just gave up and I wanted to downsize anyway. Little did I know it's not really a feeling of downsizing. The first time I used it I had 6 heavy, large beach towels and a few hand towels. Once you get used to the settings it runs like the wind. The spin cycle is far better than the full size machine that just croaked. I bought the little dolly and put it in my bathroom closet when I'm done. Use my bathroom sink faucet to run it and empty it into my tub. I did buy an extra hose connector but ended up having enough room to use the one provided. Easy and happy.

Sooooo glad I made the purchase.

Brandon: I hummed and hawed about this for a good six months until I pulled the trigger. I regret not getting it sooner because it's fantastic and completely worth it. Definitely order a dolly with it so you can move it around.
I keep it in my kitchen where I have a small portable dishwasher and the connection that came with the dishwasher also works for this.

Ken France: Only one water inlet means the water temperature has to be determined before it gets to the washer. I used a splitter as in garden hose, but doing so affects the rest of the taps in the system as I am basically connecting the hot and cold water together. Problem is solved by having accessible individual shutoffs to the washer, which I close when the washer is not in use.

Elizabeth: First off the delivery man left it in the lobby of my building and me being 70 years old had no way of moving it. I waited all day for it to be delivered to my apartment. Next there is no manual to read which I’d hoped for but I got it going anyway. There are no wheels so I had to drag it in and out of my kitchen and that was not easy as the handles on the side are plastic (well just a groove really) and I was afraid they were going to break as they don’t feel very strong. The hoses fit ok but the drain hose is very cheap and it wouldn’t fit around my counter into the sink so I had to wrap it around the taps so it would stay. It worked well and is a nice size for an apartment even my small one. I will get some wheels then I won’t be huffing and puffing trying to drag it to the kitchen. Apart from these things I think it’s going to be good! I will update this post when I’ve used it a few times.

Shopaholic: I want to start out by saying that I believe that this washing machine is amazing; however, I believe that I did receive a defective machine.

Since first receiving it, the set up was relatively easy - I say that b/c although setting it up did not take much work at all (which was awesome!) I did have to buy extra parts to allow it to fit to my sink, like most other reviewers have stated. I also bought a longer hose, b/c the hose it comes with is not only short, but the plastic begins to strip after a few uses of having to screw and unscrew.
I purchased a rolling cart to place the machine on for easy maneuverability and to try to reduce the noise to my neighbors.
Like other reviewers stated the machine is louder than expected from a smaller/portable machine. It does sound like a regular sized washer. However, the machine washes the clothes so well - like a regular sized machine - huge plus! The spin cycle is also very good - clothes come out damp - no dripping!
The drain hose also does not stay in place with the hook it comes with. I had to purchase a bungee cord and wrap it around the hook, and hook the bungee cord hooks to the on/off sink knobs, then I have to tie...

Just a week ago I was where you are now: Wondering if this is the washer machine you need. I'm excited to say that this ~was~ the right one for me and I'm extremely happy with it thus far.

I bought this machine because I live in NYC and I don't want to go risk going to the laundromat or doing my usual pickup service in the midst of the pandemic. This machine allows me to do laundry quickly and efficiently at home. I've done about 10 loads of wash so I now feel that a) I'm an unofficial expert and b) this machine is worth recommending.

A few things to note:

- It's smaller than your average machine, but not "small" or compact (I had planned to attach photos but that feature appears to be missing). It does what I would consider 3/4 of a regular load of laundry when comparing it to a standard size home machine (or less if you have bulky items) or 1/2 a load if you're used to using a large machine. I washed several pairs of jeans and a small rug in it today with no issues.

- The instructions are poorly translated but you don't really need them. Just attach the bottom plate, plug in,...
