My house is on a large piece of property which has a lot of trees, after the winter we have a lot of dead branches down. My husband has a 14 inch chain saw but I am not comfortable using it, so I bought this for myself to use and love it. I can handle it with no problem, and it cuts very well. I like it so much that I bought another one for our weekend home. (Got tired of bringing it back and forth.)

For what it is it is not bad. I got it for marking my cuts to buck logs for firewood. Cuts smaller limbs pretty good also.Cuts are pretty clean. Wish it came with a blade cover because it will not fit into carrying case while assembled.

I have not tested out the battery life but did a number of small branch pruning and the battery held up nicely! I like to care for my equipment and appreciate the nice case that comes with the saw and how easy the chain adjustment is. If you compare prices and what you get for what you pay, this saw is a nice deal. I just hope the batteries hold up since I was unable to find anywhere to purchase replacement ones. I just don’t like disposing of a functionally sound piece of equipment due to being unable to replace the batteries if you need to replace them.
