Joan: The brew is good. Don't wash the espresso filter cup cuz it has a funny coating that needs to be scrubbed off afterward. Unsure whether I need a different one, so that gives the product one star demerit. Otherwise, it heats fast, steams quick and has a good draw of espresso.

Dom: Got this as a replacement for the absolutely terrible delonghi machine I was using and what a world of difference.
This machine is much better for a slightly higher price.
Has tons of great features such as a pressure gauge, slow turn off on the steamer. Auto timer on shots. Great steam wand.
Overall very happy that I tried this first before dropping 850 on a professional machine.
