Alfredo s.: Excelente servicio y la calidad del servicio de acuerdo a su precio.

Townie: This machine extracts a delicious, rich, non bitter, double shot from almost any coffee beans. It consistently allows the characteristic flavor of the bean roast and origin through to the cup. It also has a powerful pump and doesn't get clogged by an inconsistent grind easily.

It has enough weight to make it easy to use, helps with getting the portafilter on and off.

It also froths milk amazingly well.

Carmela Sasaki: I just bought this and so far it’s been great. Easy to use, however there is no temperature gauge for the frother. But for the $$ will worth it.

Eddie S: I bought this back in 2019 and it has held up so fricken well without me taking super great care of it. Honestly it’s just as new and I have easily made 100’s of drinks with it. The grinder I bought separately and same thing. If you struggle with it pulling enough liquid out it’s not the machine you just have to fix your grind on your bean. I never write reviews and thought it was necessary since this is one of the best higher purchase items that have stood the test of time that I have bought.

Ken . S: In the past we could never find a coffee machine that would heat up to a Hot temperature. After giving coffee machines a break for almost ten years. We were inspired to get a espresso machine after visiting Paris for the 3 rd time and every time we go there. We visit our favourite coffee shop for either an espresso or Americano!! We researched and researched until we were satisfied we bought or hoped to have bought the best possible espresso machine / Americano!! Yes you can make Americanos , and not just Espresso’s cappuccinos and lattes And Hot! Very Hot! Not those hot for 30 seconds and then cools down! One of my efforts to find the best espresso machines was to type into google “consumer top 10 espresso machines “. And this unit was # 2. # 1 was close to $1000 as it had a built in brr grinder. Not the smartest thing to do combing two units into one. What if one breaks down then your out of the other while in for repairs !
Also found good research on YouTube, loads of information on this unit seeing it working and demonstrating all it can do. We were sold we were convinced this was the one! And we are so happy with the quality results! Taste quality and temp just like...

arrgh: I had an old Cuisinart expresso machine for 8 years, I decided to upgrade, I researched for over a year and decided on the Breville BES810BSS. I loved this machine so much I bought my daughter one, it's easy to use, makes a great expresso. What more could you ask for, right? when I bought mine the first thing I did was check the water temperature, It was close to 200 degrees F, just like their website says. About 3 months ago It wouldn't make good expresso, it was watery. I've made my expresso the same way for 11 years, I use the double expresso coffee holder, and do 2 pulls and I end up with a wonderful iced expresso, I use good coffee beans, grind them myself. I tried changing the grind, nothing worked. So when I checked the water temperature it was 160 degrees F. I called Breville, described the problem, I hadn't been real good at cleaning so I figured it was my fault. They said send it in with 160.00 dollars, and that will cover shipping, repairing, and replacing it with a refurbished one if needed, a win-win situation, I thought. They replaced the thermostat, I was happy. It comes back, the first expresso I made was no better than the last one before I sent it in, I checked...

Megalo_KefaliMegalo_Kefali: I've been using this coffee maker with the Breville BREBCG820BSSXL Smart Grinder Pro. My buddy has both and has been using them for 11 months. We both love these two machines for making espressos.

You will get sweet espresso and silky milk. Together they make a rich, dense cap that no one will be able to resist. My caps are better than any worthy place in my city and I've been to them all!

It gets four stars from me and five stars from him. I give it four because I have to use three cups of water to make two shots. It's not the production of the shots or the steaming of the milk that consumes the majority of the water. It is the entire process. My process consists of running water through the head to warm it up. I make the shots and then I remove the basket, dump out the grinds and flush the head. Then I put the filter basket back on and run water through it three more times to completely flush out grinds that get caught in the head. After each time of running water through the filter basket, I have to rinse the basket in the sink to get rid of any grinds.

Not only is this time-consuming but it uses up three cups of water. My buddy doesn't do this. He just...

Amazon Customer: One of my few complaints with the Duo Temp Pro is simply that there’s a fair amount of water still in the portafilter when I finish making an espresso, but this can partly be due to how firmly I tamp down the espresso grounds. That said, it’s wise to let the portafilter sit for a minute or two if you don’t want to risk dripping grounds and espresso over your counter on the way to the garbage.

Generally, I also find there’s a fair bit of espresso splatter from the portafilter, which is just due to the stream of espresso falling into your cup. It’s very likely you’ll need to clean the tray area once a day or two to avoid it getting really messy, but it does depend how much espresso you will be making, and the size of the cup.

The espresso from the Duo Temp Pro is excellent otherwise, and people are generally really impressed with the coffees you can make once you start frothing milk. My machine has become a staple for my home, and when we have company, and the addition of a great grinder will help to improve your drinks and recipes–they’re well-worth the price if you’re serious about your java, and the good ones will grind for any ground size, from...

jenniferjennifer: My Duo Temp arrived 3 days ago so I have only been using it that long. That said, I am very satisfied so far. This is my first home espresso machine. I, like many, have a very serious S**rbucks addiction and I’ve always wanted to be able to make those wonderfully delicious drinks at home. This machine allows me to do that.

The things I like:

The machine heats up quick. I don’t think my Kuerig heats up as fast. The steam wand is commercial grade and even though I am a rookie, I find it easy to make a good micro foam. It comes with 4 baskets for the portafilter. 2 are pressurized double wall filters (for pre ground beans). And the other 2 are single wall non-pressurized (for freshly ground beans). I’ve been using the pressurized baskets with preground espresso.

People will tell you you can’t get a good shot unless you buy an extravagant $200 grinder and beans roasted within 5 days of when you brew. I used preground Lavazza coffee and I made 5 lattes this past weekend that I would be glad to get if I ordered them in a coffee shop. So regardless of whether you opt for the expensive grinder this machine will still pull a great shot. That said, I also...

Amazon_Shopper: This was purchased as a gift. The recipients liked the machine well enough but found it difficult to 'dial in' consistently good espresso. The machine worked as designed, was well-made, and the fit and features are fine, but in the end they found it a bit too much trial and error for their morning routine. They are both finicky when it comes to their coffee and I suspect that most other tasters would not notice the 'flaws' in their brews, and given time, would be able to reproduce great espresso cup after cup.

I myself enjoyed the coffee and in fact was motivated to buy the Breville Infuser which is the cousin to this machine. I thought that the Infuser's pressure gauge would assist me to brew a good cup of espresso and so far I believe it has; it was also on sale at the time and the Duo Pro was not. Again, the Duo Pro's espresso tasted fine to me, though I do appreciate having the pressure gauge as a visual clue as to the quality of extraction.

I would have taken their machine had they decided to return it before I purchased the Infuser, so I really don't want to reflect negatively on the Duo Pro...it will surely be a great machine for the majority of people, but...
