I'm just a coffee lover. I knew I wanted a quality machine without the price tag, not to say that $200 isn't a lot of money. I watched as many review videos and I could stand, none were an un bias review of this price point and model. SO what sold me? The Italian guy that shows you how to use the machine on Youtube.
1. He is Italian and Italians know espresso. 2. Italians usually make a quality product. 3. I watched as this man made some beautiful milk foam and latte art. This machine is simple, it froths milk, makes an espresso and puts out a tiny stream of hot water (which makes no difference to me).
It takes up minimal space on my countertop. It is simple to use. It is easy to clean out, easy to fill the water tank. Finally it makes that "cream" on the top of my espresso, which I absolutely adore. Invest in some nice espresso coffee, the glass cups, the stainless steel milk frothing cup and save a ton of money on those fancy pants drinks you'd otherwise purchase!! So far, I love this machine! Worth the price tag.

This product produces a great cup of espresso. It is simple to use and all the features work flawlessly. The espresso comes out at a great temperature and the flavor is full. I have never been one to put milk in my coffee or espresso but I have tried foaming some milk (which I had never done) and it was simple and worked perfectly. This is my first espresso machine and I could not be happier.

I created a video to give a more thorough review. Compact powerful little machine that heats up incredibly quick (45 seconds or so from cold) and powers itself off after 30 minutes when not in use, which is awesome when I forget to turn off before going to work. I was disappointed when my old espresso machine broke and skeptic that machine this inexpensive could replace it, but I was pleasantly surprised. So happy with this little machine that ultimately, and most importantly pulls a great shot of espresso. Although you cannot vary the pressure, you can change how hard you tamp the grounds. I do Use a handheld stainless steel tamper which makes providing recommended 30 pounds of pressure easier.
I absolutely recommend this machine.

Excellent value and thoughtful design.
At this price level this is probably one of the best you can have. This is my fourth compact espresso machine over the year. Happy with the purchase.
The steamer works fine but the nozzle material perhaps makes it likely to have milk dry/stick to it and make it somewhat hard to clean. But I use a separate frother for convenience and consistency
