Jeff Gartshore: This belt was advertised as being compatible with my GE GTW680BMMWS washing machine. This was not true. This product is a regular V-belt, And I still need a flat, 5 notch belt.

Amazon Customer: I was looking at buying a new washer when we decided to take a look at it first. When we opened the back, we immediately saw why the washer was acting up - the belt had stretched so much over the years it was slipping creating terrible noises and leaking water on the floor. Peter Rios: My brothers Hotpoint washer conked out after 28 yrs. He called and asked me to take a look at it. After inspecting it I found the belt had broken. I explained that his machine was worth the fix as washer machines are no longer made this sturdy. I ordered this OEM belt and to my surprise received it in 5 days. I replaced the belt and the machine is running like new and hopefully can give him another 10-15 more years. Get OEM parts, they'll last longer.

Cdnchk: with a world of a zillion parts for any given appliance. Sometimes finding the right one isn't easy..took time but I did and ordered this belt for my washer as the spin cycle was getting weak since the old belt i guess was stretched and worn. Came in package on time or even a day or two earlier if i recall and was easy to install on my machine..Now im doing laundry again...So is that a good thing ladies?? jus sayin

Michael L.: I never ended up installing this belt as I got rid of the washing machine that it was ordered for.
BUT, I do know that it is an OE part from GE and is cheaper than any alternative that I could find.
If you need to replace your drive-belt than I am sure this is your best option.
